"The location of the hotel is very good, you can reach all attractions on foot. The hotel provides the Quran and poetry collections of great poets. The hotel service staff are warm and friendly. Special thanks to the beautiful woman at the hotel front desk for her help. Iran's currency is simply too complicated."
"I was travelling with my wife to Iran for the first time. We choose to stay at Tehran Grand Hotel 1 on seeing the reviews and we are glad we choose one of the best in Tehran. We have stayed there for four nights. There was no problem on check-in and we were given corner room on 7th floor with views of city and mountains in distant background. Room was big with windows on two sides. There was a comfortable couch in the room which can be converted to bed for children if required. Tea, coffee, water bottles and few snacks were free of charge. Bathroom was the best we have seen in three different cities and hotels we have stayed in Iran during this trip with all the required toiletries and very good rain shower.
The breakfast was served buffet style and have lots of choices but they usually serve same choices every day.
The staff was professional, polite, helpful and well trained. Whenever asked anything everyone tried to help us in best possible way.
If we come back to Tehran again we will again stay here.

"Arg Shiraz had the best location & amenities.
The only downside is the matress is too hard and there is only two front desk staff that can speak English.
We had difficulty of explaining our requirement."
"Trip.com you need to align with this hotel and make sure you post the correct room details. This hotel only have single, double room and suites. It does not have a triple room as posted on your site. As a customer, if I booked a triple room I would expect a more spacious room with equal size of beds. Not a double bed room with added extra bed. "
"The breakfast was great, the room was truly a five star, the best time to sleep in Iran ... everything was satisfactory, except for the curtains, but it seems like hotels in this country treat curtains as bad"
"Excellent location, walking distance to attractions
Very helpful front desk and dining room staff.
if I may only suggestion is to add selection of vegetarian dishes to the menu.
Our transport driver Mr Sei was try hard to make our city tour memorable, very reliable mature man

Big thumb up 👍

"Stayed in a double room. Approximately 4000 yen.
Although it is a little out of the center, the facilities were very good and there was a bathtub.
Recommended if you want to stay a little richer."
"Room facilities are good, very comfortable. The bathroom is also satisfactory! The breakfast is hearty. . The first choice for dragging your home! Shiraz is the hometown of nightingales and roses!"
"The hotel is very spacious, clean and well decorated. We enjoyed pretty much our visit in Shiraz because of this place.
The food was good, the rooms where very nice and with a great view.
The only perk would be that most of the staff (at the restaurants) only speak Farsi, which-is a problem For foreign travelers, at the time to order food and knowing what it’s about.
The Tourist information office was great, and helped us with our flights and our transportation around the city.
I recommend this place if you want to have a please t stay in Shiraz, and you don’t mind being a bit out of town. "
